Are you the parent of a child adopted from Santa Clara or Monterey Counties?
You should know about the availability of a new service called Adoption Assistance Wraparound, designed to help you and your family with the behavioral and emotional challenges that happen in most adoptions. If your child was placed with you by Santa Clara or Monterey, and you were approved for the Adoption Assistance program (AAP), you may be eligible to participate. You do not have to live in those Counties to be eligible. Call our office to learn more, at 408-554-2550 ext. 0 to talk with Linda. Here's the Wraparound Standards, and a photo of our Wraparound Professionals. For much more info click to visit AdoptionWraparound.com. Other Bay Area County families can also be served on a case-by-case basis
